The form of Michael Barlow

The form of Michael Barlow continues to blossom, but as usual it doesn't affect coaches much because everybody has him. The difference will come when people decide what to do with him, and when the right time to offload him is. Midfield A-Graders appear to be also prevalent in winning sides such as Leigh Montagna, Nick Dal Santo, Dane Swan, Gary Ablett Jnr, Matthew Boyd, Daniel Cross, Lenny Hayes, Scott Pendlebury and Adam Cooney. Perhaps their price may drop a bit in upcoming rounds, but for those chasing the overall glory, these players should find their way into the midfield ASAP.

Once again, Captain choice is problematic for coaches who are lacking Gary Ablett Jnr, though Dane Swan and Nick Dal Santo are providing handy Captain scores aswell.

Nick Malceski finally hit the wall this week, with many coaches jumping on him over the past 2 weeks. Heath Shaw was the star down back against a tired Hawthorn. Simon Goodwin might be showing signs of fading, scoring a 61 against Carlton.
