Hi Tony,

I'm in the same boat, although Martin is averaging more than the others, I am going to give him a spell on my bench. Purely due to travelling to Perth. Also Tigers are really stinking it up at the moment and I don't think they will get in with in 10 goals of Freo.

Sydney is hosting WCE so am hoping Jetta gets amongst it and think Melbourne will push Lions so think Trengrove will go ok.

As with everything SC this could be the completely wrong way to go and on Monday could be or

This happened to me every week out b/w Gumby and Hitchcock. Not that they've been great scorers, but each time they would out - score each other and I would have the wrong one on the bench.
But it's better to have this problem than having donuts!

I have Trengrove on my bench this week as well.

However he's really there to make some money at this stage, so it's a good thing in the scheme of things.

Yeh I put Bastinac and Trengove on the field and put Martin on the pine, I will trade Trengove once the 129 is out of his rolling average I think.

Wow if I had Martin instead of Bastinac... I swear picking which rookies to put on the field each week is more valuable than people think.

Great choices Nuffman, was very close to doing that just thought Martin would struggle at Subi, boy was I wrong

It's near impossible to get it right all the time.
Rookies are so inconsistent - just when you think they'll play well, they don't and visa versa.
But in the end they're there to make us money, so as long as the $ value is increasing then in the long run you should be able to trade them in for a more consistent premium.

I started Bastinac and put Martin on the pine, and it may lose me the win against Roachie, now it has come down to Carrazzo and Hunt. For me to beat Roach i need Carrazzo to outscore Hunt by 38 for me to win.
PLEASE! if only i started Martin I would of beaten Roachie by now!

Havn't checked the totals but I doubt it would come down to Trengove with so many of my premiums failing this week!

If it does though I WILL NOT BE HAPPY JAN

Yeah it wouldnt have made a difference, It's basically Sellwood, Pods and 30 points vs Hunt. I don't like your chances.
