Jed Adcock...
...he's letting me down. Should I ship him out or hold on to him? Really not sure.
And, if I do trade him, who would you suggest???

Re: Jed Adcock...
hi megatron,
if you want to trade adcock probaly trade him to Carrazo because
after scores of 85 and 135 carrazo will go up and make you some cash
after this round. Trade adcock out now because he has averaged 35 over the
first two games which will result in a hefty price fall come round 3.

probably wait until the dust settles on round 2. at this sage i say yes probably trade however depends on who you have on the bench and how long he will be out. So far his scores have been down but not because of bad form rather injury. Post your team mid next week when the dust has settled and we'll have a look. Very much depends on diagnosis and also structure of your team.
He's a good player and if you were planning on him being a keeper (which at that price you should have been) then you don't want to waste a valuable trade so early just because he's had a game or two where he's got injured early. especially if he's still right to continue playing, he's not in bad form more bad luck.
so wait until mid next week when the diagnosis comes through, otherwise you'll be making a trade you didn't plan on making for no long term reason.

Cheers Fatcat, a voice of reason. I must remember the mantra "Don't waste trades". I had marked down Jed as a 'keeper' so I'll hold tight, but I have given him a written warning. I have Goose and Nason on the bench as cover. Both outscored Jed this round so tough a selection committee meeting this week.

If he's gone for a while there will be heaps to look at, depending on who you already have
Waite, Malcheski, Ladson, Carrazo, Kennelly, Waters

Re: Jed Adcock...
I couldn't help myself, 2 trades used. (I know, I know)...
Adcock banished, in comes Malceski.
Tippett sacked, in comes JB.
I now have $104,600 in the kitty.
Reasoning.
Adcock, I can't cope with his low scores and the trade to Mal, who is looking good, frees up some coin for the JB trade.

Do not trade until Friday, you will kick yourself in the head if either JB or more likely Malcheski go down at training !!!!
Golden rule Kick yourself in the head anyway

Re: Jed Adcock...
its hard i know but you really should wait for the teams.
what if adcock is named? he got 12 posessions in the first qtr last week before the injury.
he may not come up but still the more you trade early the more likely you are to be bitten hard.

Learn from this Mega! Heath Shaw out with a back injury likely done at training!

Duly noted Tony, however i would never had picked Shaw as it goes against my #1 rule, "No pies". But yes, in future i will wait till teams are announced.
