Now obviously my problems are Franklin and McVeigh missing round 1 through suspension but I can easily use Bastinac and Roberts to cover as they are certain for round 1! So not fussed there

But anyways, what do you think about this team?

Backs: look very strong.
Mids: Not sold on Cooney unfortunately, but could star, especially with the Doggies pushing for the flag, hoping McVeigh can recapture some 08 form! Rookies look good also
Rucks: Very risky here, and not because of injury for once. I don't like Kreuzer's role this year, Carlton are going to kill him by playing him up forward. NicNat... 2nd year ruck.. NAB really didn't show much.. destroyed possibly the worst ruck combo in the league (T-Bell/Bock) then had 2 games sub 75SC with Cox's return.
Forwards: Quite strong

Overall, not bad, few smokies which I enjoy, Rucks easily the weakest part

Nuffman, Kreuzer scored 118 points without even scoring a goal!! He is not going anywhere

Yeh I saw, but where did he play predominately? Going by his stats, one would assume mainly ruck/tall midfielder?..

Kreuzer: Lead Simmonds a merry dance... 25 hit outs and 16 possessions 3 marks and 4 tackles, double figure contested possies, playe as ruck.. Blues should keep him there, Hopefully they were crapping on bout him playing forward! if so good on those who stuck with him

I didn't watch teh game.. was bowling.. 1st game 125, 2nd game 130.. 5 strikes in the second game.. wth!

Kreuzer played ruck most of the game, except when Waite went off or to the backline to play sweeper. Also Kreuzer was BOG by a mile.

Warnock was with him all game it seemed. For a lot of the game it appeared there was no ruck opposition. Will be interesting to see what they do against a stronger ruck combo.

Actually Kreuzer did not play ruck most of the game, he dropped into the forward line in every quarter! then Warnock came on to replace him as ruck
