Another hawks ruckman gone. Read on heraldsun site out for 6-8 weeks. Who will ruck for them???

Thanks for the update Mattybomb! that changes things now who is the forth ruck going to be? I think Lobbe is the next best thing for me because I have Tipett in the forward line so can use as MPP. Is there any ruckman at that price who is actually going to play? I think not. Other than Warnock of course

Def does change things in the ruck. Not too many there!
I've already got Sandi, Krooz, Lobe and had Skipper.....
Who else?

You don't have Warnock? If you can afford a must have.

Definitely get Warnock

to be honest you should all have a look at your team from last year and ask yourselves what is my 4th ruckman there for? did you have a different 4th ruckman at the end of the year then at the start? If the answer was yes then you wasted a trade.

the 4th ruckman is a token position and as such you should buy the cheapest player possible and not care for the rest of the year. At no circumstance should your 4th ruckman take the field in my opinion. If one of may first two and the third is injured then really its trade time.

That's interesting that you say that because I am now considering putting Lobbe there because I have Tipett in the forward line therefore can use MPP. I think that might be a bit handy if Lobbe get's some games also because he could help me out in the forward line.

only two issues I have with that, 1 its 20K more and 2 you have to have tippet. Personally I think if you're going to have a player just in there for the MPP reason its probably not the best idea.

but hey thats just me and it may come back to bite me in the bum, at which point i'm sure someone will kindly drag up this post

1. 20k isn't going to go as far as a possible save of a trade or donut and 2. I have had Tipett in my team Lobbe or no Lobbe.

4th ruckman last year - jesse white, sold him off for a few hundred thousand profit, so I would say that every position is important, even if they never make it in to your starting team... so its not really a waste of a trade if it turns a good player into a superstar... warnock best cheapie this year in my opinion...

Don't really mind 4th ruck spot. got 2 locks and if 1 goes down for more than 4 weeks, i'll trade them out straight away.

4th ruck i might get a roughhead or lobbe. if one of the normal ruckman go down, they are in.
