Positive Re-affirmation
Ok boys. I'm torn over whether i'm favourite for this or not and would like some positive re-affirmation. Both of us have no trades, he has been lucky at the selection table as he had two donuts in Ryder and Petrenko last week but has re-gained them. Have him in the backs, he probably has me in the mids although rich vs the swans might be an issue for him. Rucks and Fwd's maybe slightly in my favour. Still going to go Gablett as captain despite his poor record against freo. Also i have Ryder as backup, do i put him on the field or take him on with Gilbee?

You will win
I think you have him covered down back and in the mid field which will be more than enough for the win

Fatcat- I believe your team is stronger overall. I would put Gilbee on the field. Started to show some good signs last week, I am still dubious that Ryder will play. Would not surprise if he is a late withdrawl- last week it was listed as a 3 week knee injury so not sure how he could of recovered so quick. Even if he does play, he will not be at his best.

Re: Positive Re-affirmation
Fatcat, your team looks like you have the edge on your opponent. Kruezer is more consistent that tippett but tippett could pull out a 120+ game more often than kreuzer. Tippett only on field if you are a risk taker.
You definetly have him in the backs. If ryder does play, might score well if he is over his injury (will be versing bailey in there). Mids might even out but by the looks of it might be leaning his way (unless Nicky Dal can score well against the Dees which is likely). Rucks are yours with Sandi in great form. Your forwards are probably more consistent than his.
All in all, you should win in maybe a close one (less than 100 points)

Yep you do look stronger but names on paper mean nothing when they come out with 140-160pt games.
To say it will be inside 100pts means it can go either way.
Beware the flying Swan on his side Fatman
Many of us won't even be competative this week so you are ahead already!

right you are tony i got mixed up with the two i'm an idiot. You've boyed my confidence now with him having a donut in the backs unless he has a trade (doubtfull considering he jsut wond last week by 30 points and having 2 donuts). If ryder is somehow a lat withdrawal then i'm looking good
