Favourite Players
I was just wondering who are everyones favourite players. Personally I love watching Simon Black play as he is one of the legends of the modern game. Another is Cyril Rioli when he weaves his magic. Comments?

I love cougar! What a player, excitement machine. Picked him in my supercoach team just so I could watch him and support him fully. Not a bad move in the end got 138 from the gun!

Re: Favourite Players
Strauchnie- just wished the pies gave him more of a go! On a serious note, being a WCE fan I remember well the glory days of a fit & firing Chris Judd pre OP. In 05 & 06 I was in awe of the man- most dynamic player I have ever seen. GAJ now is amazing. Loved watching Carey v Jakovich in their prime. Right now I always make time on the weekend to watch the saints & cats play - not just for supercoach purposes ( I have 4 saints & 5 cats in my team) but love the way those 2 teams go about their business.

Davey, Alwyn. He is so exciting to watch (as are most of the young aboriginals these days but).
Back in the day, Essendon 99, 00, 01.
Can't go past Jimmy Hird.
As for the non Essendoners lol. Carey, both G.Abletts, Judd, Voss, (hate to admit it but) Buckley, Buddy last year

Re: Favourite Players
I absolutely love to watch
Richo because he is the oldest player in the league and plays like he is one of the youngest. He is a very passionate player and usually shows it from his onfield antics and because he is one of the nicest guys in the game
Selwood because he goes in hard and is a prolific ball winner. Jonathan Brown has also praised Selwood for his physical and courageous approach to winning the football, describing him as "one of the blokes within the AFL he loves watching".
Buddy because he is an excitement machine, kicks a lot of goals
Kirk because he is a great leader and love to watch how he leads his team, also loved to watch him calm down Bazza. Just great to watch his professionalism

Re: Favourite Players
i don't really have a favourite player but i love watching the dons or dogs play when they're on fire. the free flowing footy. flying past the opposition. the bunch of goals kicked. who wouldn't enjoy watching them in action.

Darren Jarmen, old school, proved you can play the game with a beer gut, without being super fit

Re: Favourite Players
I used to love watching Chris Johnson running off the half back line.
Also love watching Reiwoldts work rate, him and brown just cover so much groud up there (have to watch it live to appreciate it)
And as a brisbane supporter i have an ever increasing appreciation of the way Rich goes about his business. Love that left boot
